Role Description The Robotics Trainer will deliver hands-on training programs in robotics and automation for students and faculty in an in office capacity at Technoledge™ facilities in Durg. This full-time role includes designing and updating curriculum, preparing training materials and lab exercises, and conducting practical sessions on robotic systems, robotic welding, and related technologies. The trainer will demonstrate robot operation, programming basics, and safety practices,



while guiding learners through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities on robotic equipment.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring learner progress, assessing performance through practical and theory evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.

The Robotics

Trainer will also collaborate with academic and industry partners to align training content with current industry standards and contribute to the setup, calibration, and upkeep of robotics labs and equipment.

Qualifications

- Robotics and Robot operation skills, with the ability to teach fundamentals of robot programming and safe handling.
- Robotic Welding skills, including setup, operation, and quality checks for automated welding applications.
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills for identifying issues, performing routine checks, and ensuring reliable robot performance.
- Experience delivering technical training or instruction in robotics, automation, or related engineering disciplines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a laboratory environment, adhering to safety standards, and managing equipment and training resources.
- Ability to collaborate with academic staff and industry partners to keep course content aligned with current technologies and practices.
