- Operate and monitor the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant.
- Control batching and mixing operations as per mix design.
- Monitor cement, aggregates, water, and admixture quantities.
- Check plant machinery, equipment, and control panels regularly.
- Maintain daily production and plant operation records.
- Coordinate with batching, laboratory, and site teams.
- Identify and report equipment breakdowns or abnormalities.
- Ensure proper cleaning and basic maintenance of the plant.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred. Skills: RMC plant operation, batching system knowledge, basic mechanical troubleshooting, safety awareness, and teamwork.
