Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through door-to-door and field sales activities.

- Promote and explain RMC products and services to contractors, builders, developers and other potential customers.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure regular follow-ups.

- Identify new markets and customers to achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding recovery.

- Maintain proper communication and coordination with senior/top-level management.

- Prepare regular sales, market and customer reports.

- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC / Ready Mix Concrete / Construction industry.

- Candidates must have relevant experience in RMC sales/business development.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Willingness to travel and work in the field.

- Target-oriented with good follow-up and client-handling skills.
