Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and reliable RO Plant Operator to manage our water treatment units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to ensure a continuous supply of purified water for our production and utility needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Operation: Safely operate and handle RO systems, sand filters, carbon filters, and auxiliary pumps.
- System Monitoring: Regularly check and record pressure gauges, flow meters, water levels, and overall system performance.
- Water Quality Analysis: Conduct routine testing for TDS, pH, hardness, and conductivity to ensure treated water meets parameters.
- Chemical Management:



Manage the correct dosing and mixing of treatment chemicals like anti-scalants and chlorine.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine filter backwashes, monitor membrane performance to prevent fouling, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Logs & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logbooks of water production, parameter readings, chemical stocks, and equipment run hours.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to the factory’s health, safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical trade.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience operating RO plants, preferably within the food processing, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Skills: Good understanding of water filtration mechanics, membrane cleaning protocols, and standard chemical handling.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shift-based operations as per company roster requirements.
- Language: Functional knowledge of Malayalam is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
