About the Role

Miracles Fintech is looking for a RMS & Trading Operations Executive to join our Trading Operations and Risk Management team.

The role involves monitoring trading positions, exposure, P&L;, and risk limits while supporting day-to-day trading operations, trade settlements, reconciliation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial markets, trading operations, risk management, and accounting, along with good analytical and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Monitoring

- Monitor daily trading positions, exposure limits, margins, and P&L;.
- Monitor risk parameters and ensure adherence to internal risk policies.
- Identify unusual positions, exposures, or risk deviations and escalate them appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain daily risk reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the Trading and RMS teams to resolve operational or risk-related issues.
- Support monitoring of trading limits and risk controls during market hours.

Trading Operations

- Monitor and support the timely execution and processing of trades.
- Verify trade confirmations, order details, and settlement-related information.
- Monitor trade-related operational processes and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare daily trading and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal Trading, RMS, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with exchanges, vendors, and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Support day-to-day market and trading operations during market hours.





Trade Accounting & Reconciliation

- Record and verify daily financial and trading transactions.
- Perform trade, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with accounting compliance, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial, operational, and management reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in trading and accounting data.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in trading operations, finance, accounting, RMS, or risk management.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and numerical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of financial markets, trading, and basic risk management concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict market-related timelines.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, market-hours workplace.
