Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RevOps / Revenue Operations Expert with strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub and CRM implementations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and implementing HubSpot solutions, integrating different business systems, improving sales and marketing processes, and building scalable RevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HubSpot CRM implementation and optimization projects.
- Configure and manage HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
- Build and optimize sales, marketing and revenue operations workflows.
- Develop CRM pipelines, automation, lead management and lifecycle processes.
- Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms and business tools.
- Work on APIs, data synchronization and CRM integrations.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation and operational improvements.
- Set up reporting, dashboards and revenue-related analytics.
- Maintain data quality, governance and CRM best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams.
- Troubleshoot CRM, automation and integration-related issues.
- Support clients in implementing scalable HubSpot-based RevOps solutions.

Required Skills




- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Expertise in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- Experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, pipelines and lifecycle stages.
- Experience with CRM integrations and APIs.
- Valuable understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Experience with data migration, data management and CRM optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience working on multiple HubSpot implementation projects.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of sales funnel, lead management and attribution.
- Experience working with international clients.

Work Timing Primary Timing: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Day-shift option may also be available based on business/project requirements and candidate suitability.
