Revenue Analyst | Hospitality / Hotel Industry Experience Required

Key: Candidates must have prior performance marketing experience within the hospitality, hotel, travel, or OTA industry. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

About the Role

Revenue Analysts are the data engine of the revenue team. You will produce the critical reports that inform pricing decisions and track portfolio performance across Chain's 40 managed properties.

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of hotel revenue metrics including ADR, RevPAR, NRevPAR, Pickup, and Pace.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing large datasets across multiple properties.

Nice to Have




- Experience with hotel PMS reporting or revenue management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Produce daily pickup reports by property, segment, and channel.
- Prepare weekly Revenue Strategy Meeting (RSM) packs including IDeaS performance data, comp set analysis, and demand forecasts.
- Calculate daily NRevPAR for all managed properties for inclusion in the Owner's Digital Performance Pack.
- Monitor rate parity across all distribution channels using Lighthouse Rate Insight.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic pricing decisions.
