Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Retail Training Executive to take up a meaningful commercial role in Delhi NCR / North India.

The person will interact directly with customers, understand preferences, present suitable products or services, follow up on enquiries and contribute to store or business targets.

The role also involves maintaining presentation standards, keeping customer information organised and working closely with the wider store team.

A polished communication style, genuine interest in customers and the ability to stay composed during busy periods are important.

There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement.

The expected experience range is 0-4 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
