Job Title: Retail Store executive

Location: Delhi ( Jhandewalan)

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years

Salary Budget: 20 k to 22 k per monthly

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Retail Store Executive to manage daily store operations, assist customers, support sales activities, and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection, queries, and purchases.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock checking, replenishment, and stock records.
- Handle billing, returns,



and exchanges as per company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the store.
- Coordinate with the store team for daily activities and requirements.
- Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail store operations or customer-facing roles.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and skilled attitude.
- Good knowledge of sales and retail store operations.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Presentable and confident personality.
