Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. This role includes leading and mentoring the store team, managing staff schedules, and monitoring sales performance and key metrics. The manager will handle visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to loss prevention procedures, while ensuring the store environment reflects the brand’s standards.

The role also involves engaging with customers, resolving concerns,



supporting custom-measurement and styling consultations, and coordinating with central teams on promotions, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on personalized, high-quality experiences.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, covering daily operations, team leadership, sales tracking, and visual merchandising.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and maintain compliance with store policies.
- Experience in fashion or apparel retail, ideally in premium or customized products.
- Ability to work in office full time in New Delhi, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
- Comfort with basic retail software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
