RETAIL SALES HEAD – B2C RETAIL & BUSINESS EXPANSION

CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Head with strong B2C retail and multi-store management experience. This is a senior management role focused on leading retail teams, monitoring sales performance, driving business growth, and expanding the store network.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and guide Store Managers and retail sales teams across multiple stores.

· Set sales targets and KPIs and review store-wise performance.

· Take and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Identify performance gaps and guide teams to improve sales and conversion.

· Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

· Train, motivate, and develop the retail sales team.

· Monitor key retail KPIs including walk-ins, demos, conversion, leads, follow-ups, and average ticket size.

· Identify new cities, markets, malls, and locations for store expansion.





· Evaluate potential locations based on footfall, customer profile, competition, and business potential.

· Support current store openings and develop strategies for business growth.

· Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations for retail operations and expansion.

· Travel regularly across stores and locations as required.

Mandatory Requirements

· Minimum 15 years of relevant B2C retail experience.

· Proven experience managing multiple retail stores and large sales teams.

· Strong experience managing Store Managers and retail performance.

· Experience in business expansion and new store openings preferred.

· Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, MIS, and Excel.

· Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

· Must be open to travel as per the requirement.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
