We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to represent TANWOOD Leather at our store. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, explain the craftsmanship and quality of genuine leather products, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include customer service, product demonstrations, billing, stock management, and maintaining an attractive kiosk display.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers approaching the store.

- Educate customers about TANWOOD’s genuine leather products and craftsmanship.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Demonstrate product features, leather quality, and usage benefits.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management.

- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and kiosk presentation.

- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
