Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Leasing Manager to lead retail leasing initiatives across high streets, shopping centers and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with retail brands, an in-depth understanding of the retail real estate market and a proven ability to close leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and acquire national and regional retail brands for leasing opportunities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, franchise operators, developers and channel partners.

 Generate leasing leads through existing networks and market outreach.

 Understand client requirements and recommend suitable retail spaces.

 Conduct site visits and present retail properties to prospective tenants.

 Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, lock-in periods, CAM charges and lease agreements.

 Coordinate with developers, legal teams and clients to ensure smooth closure of lease transactions.

 Monitor market trends, rentals, competitor activities and upcoming retail developments.

 Maintain a robust pipeline of leasing opportunities and provide regular MIS reports.





 Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Required Skills

 Strong network with retail brands, franchise owners and retail decision-makers.

 Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

 Strong understanding of retail leasing documentation and commercial terms.

 Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals independently.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.

 MBA will be an added advantage.

 3-8 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Commercial Leasing or Real Estate Advisory.

 Proven track record of leasing retail spaces to national and international brands.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Number of qualified retail leads generated.

 Monthly leasing closures.

 Revenue generated through leasing transactions.

 Occupancy achieved for assigned projects.

 Client satisfaction and repeat business.

 Timely closure of lease agreements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
