Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in Retail industry with expertise in Channel Management, Competitor Analysis, Incentives, Promoter activities, Sales & Store Operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of retail outlet operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
