Key Responsibilities Lead complete supermarket setup and launch from scratch.

Manage daily store operations, sales, billing and customer service. Plan and execute schemes, offers, promotions and festival campaigns. Handle purchase, vendor negotiation and supplier schemes. Manage inventory, replenishment, expiry, damage and shrinkage.

Drive sales, margins, customer footfall and average bill value. Recruit, train and manage store staff. Manage merchandising, shelf display and pricing. Monitor POS, cash management and daily closing. Prepare and analyse sales, stock, margin and MIS reports.

Monitor store expenses and overall profitability. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in supermarket / hypermarket / grocery / FMCG retail. Proven experience in end-to-end supermarket operations.





Experience in new store setup from scratch is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of FMCG products, schemes, offers and promotions. Good vendor negotiation and team-management skills. Knowledge of POS/ERP and MS Excel. Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
