Role Description The Retail Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the retail branch and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role includes managing the sales floor, guiding customers through high-end audio and home cinema solutions, and ensuring that customer needs are understood and met. The manager will lead and coach the branch team, set performance goals, schedule staff, and foster a collaborative and service-oriented environment.

Daily tasks involve monitoring sales targets, handling escalated customer issues, maintaining visual merchandising and store standards,



and coordinating with internal teams for inventory, installations, and after-sales service. The role also includes preparing branch performance reports, implementing company policies, and supporting local marketing or promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering premium in-store experiences.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management abilities, including leading, coaching, and motivating staff and managing schedules and performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets, upselling, and cross-selling within a retail or consumer electronics environment.
- Experience in high-end audio, home cinema, or consumer electronics retail is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic office software for reporting and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in retail branch management.
