We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a concept bar & restaurant in Undri, Pune.

The candidate should have strong experience in restaurant and bar operations, team management, guest relations, sales, inventory coordination, service standards, staff training, and outlet controls. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the floor while maintaining a high standard of guest experience and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
- Supervise Captains, Stewards, Bartenders, Hostess/GRE, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Conduct daily staff briefings, duty allocation, grooming checks, and service planning.
- Ensure smooth table allocation, order flow, food and beverage service, billing, and guest handling.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, ambience, hygiene, and overall guest experience.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth and timely service.
- Monitor daily sales, covers, average per cover, discounts, voids, cancellations, and closing reports.
- Drive upselling of food, liquor, cocktails, bottles, promotions, and special offers.
- Monitor bar stock, restaurant inventory, breakages, wastage, and consumption controls.
- Support stock counts, requisitions, receiving, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and training requirements.
- Ensure restaurant SOPs, opening/closing checklists, and operational standards are followed.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, VIP guests, repeat customers, and event bookings.
- Support events, DJ nights,



promotions, and high-footfall weekend operations.
- Coordinate with management on staffing, maintenance, vendor, and operational requirements.
- Maintain daily reports and provide management with updates on sales, guest feedback, staff issues, and operational concerns.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience in restaurant and bar operations is required.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, liquor operations, inventory controls, POS, and billing.
- Strong leadership, communication, guest-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing FOH teams and high-volume service operations.
- Should be commercially aware and comfortable working with sales targets and upselling.
- Must be presentable, disciplined, organized, and hands-on.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night operations.
- Candidate should be currently located in or willing to travel/relocate to Undri, Pune.

Qualification: Graduate / Hotel Management qualification preferred.

Relevant restaurant and bar management experience will be given priority.
