Role Description The Restaurant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to address guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Leadership and staffing capabilities,



including Hiring and team coordination, to manage and develop restaurant staff effectively.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management, and for handling feedback and service recovery.
- Food & Beverage knowledge to oversee menu execution, service standards, and compliance with hygiene and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
