Looking for an enthusiastic Manager for a craft cocktail room!

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar cocktail-led / premium bar & food focused concepts, who understands the nuances of cocktails, spirits, service, guest experience and day-to-day bar operations.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of relevant experience in similar concepts




- Robust knowledge of cocktails, spirits & bar operations
- Experience managing premium / cocktail-focused establishments
- ⁠Excellent guest engagement and communication skills/ Strong customer-focused mindset
- ⁠Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of SOPs, inventory & cost management
- Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards, and basic inventory practices.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and creating memorable experiences
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control procedure
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
- WSET knowledge / certification or similar beverage expertise would be an added advantage
