Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager with 10–15 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling costs, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Manage and motivate restaurant staff, including supervisors, service staff, kitchen coordination, and support teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.




- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.
- Implement strategies to improve sales, customer retention, and overall restaurant performance.

Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in restaurant, QSR, café, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience in managing a restaurant or large food-service operation.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food cost, inventory, and wastage control.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, MS Office, and restaurant management software is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
