We’re looking for a Reservation Agent who enjoys interacting with customers and has an interest in the hospitality industry.
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Understanding of guest needs and ability to respond professionally
- Basic knowledge of hotels and reservation processes
- Comfortable using reservation systems, PMS and other hotel technology
- Valuable coordination, follow-up and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office or hospitality is a plus
