RERA Hub is a specialized consultancy firm providing MahaRERA compliance and documentation services to real estate developers, promoters and related professionals. We assist clients with regulatory filings, documentation, compliance requirements and submissions before MahaRERA.
Role Overview
We are looking for a RERA Compliance Executive to assist in handling day-to-day MahaRERA compliance work and drafting of regulatory documentation.
The role is suitable for a candidate who has an interest in RERA, real estate regulations, legal documentation and compliance processes and is willing to develop practical expertise in MahaRERA matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day MahaRERA compliance activities.
Preparing and maintaining documents required for MahaRERA submissions.
Assisting in QPR/APR compliance and related filings.
Assisting with project registration, extension and correction applications.
Drafting and preparing letters, declarations, undertakings, replies, explanations and other RERA-related documents.
Reviewing project-related documents and identifying missing or inconsistent information.
Coordinating with clients to collect required documents and information.
Maintaining proper records of project documents, submissions and compliance status.
Tracking filing requirements and submission deadlines.
Assisting in responding to MahaRERA queries and requirements.
Coordinating with developers, promoters, architects, engineers, CAs, advocates and other professionals wherever required.
Following up on applications and submissions made before MahaRERA.
Keeping records updated and ensuring documents are properly organized.
Assisting senior consultants in day-to-day RERA assignments.
Required Skills
Basic to good understanding of RERA / MahaRERA compliance.
Good drafting and documentation skills.
Ability to understand legal and regulatory documents.
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Willingness to learn practical MahaRERA procedures.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Commerce, Law, Management or a related field.
Prior experience in RERA, legal documentation, real estate or compliance will be preferred.
- Freshers with a solid interest in RERA and good drafting skills may also be considered.
Salary
₹15,000 per month
