Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Service qualified to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EMDEP equipment at our plants and customer locations. The ideal candidate should have a technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation, with basic knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and equipment troubleshooting. The role involves customer support, service reporting, and travel as required.

Minimum Studies:

- Technical Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- Technical qualification in Electronics is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in industrial equipment installation and commissioning.
- Experience in customer technical support or field service.
- Knowledge of PLC/programming will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of a second language will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and program EMDEP equipment at EMDEP plants and customer locations.
- Perform equipment start-up, commissioning and validation with customers.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic and pneumatic issues.




- Follow assigned technical actions and service plans.
- Prepare and submit service reports and open Service Requests (SRs).
- Inform PTM about the status of technical services.
- Identify technical difficulties and propose improvements to products and processes.
- Prepare expense reports as per company procedures.
- Perform other technical activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Electrical / Electronics systems.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics.
- Basic knowledge of equipment installation, programming and commissioning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical/electrical issues.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Mandatory Skills:

- Practical knowledge of Electrical/Electronics and Pneumatics.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/instructions.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and EMDEP plants when required.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and support customers.
