We are looking for individuals with an active Indeed Employer Account to help us with job postings and resume sourcing for our clients in the USA/Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Post 1–2 job openings per day on your Indeed Employer Account using the job descriptions we provide.
- Monitor applications and download/share candidate resumes with our team.
- No candidate calling or communication is required — our recruitment team handles the complete hiring process.
Payment
- ₹300 per job posting — payable when the posting receives applicants.
- ₹1 per resume downloaded and shared with us in a ZIP file.
- Weekly payments every Monday.
- Posting time: around 5:30 PM IST.
- Daily work typically takes 10–15 minutes.
Requirements
- Active Indeed Employer Account — mandatory.
- Willing to post our jobs through your Indeed account.
- Basic experience using Indeed is preferred.
- Ability to download and share resumes as instructed.
- Reliable and able to complete daily tasks on time.
Referral Bonus
Refer someone with an active Indeed Employer Account who performs successfully for one month and receive a ₹2,000 referral bonus after their first month.
