Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Officer specializing in used tractor financing. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth in the agricultural financing segment by building and maintaining robust relationships with customers seeking financing solutions for used tractors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural machinery market, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to assess creditworthiness while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies. This position requires proactive engagement with customers, dealers,



and internal teams to deliver tailored financial products that meet client needs and contribute to the bank's portfolio quality and profitability.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers interested in financing used tractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct detailed credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applicants in accordance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with tractor dealers and agricultural equipment suppliers to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on loan products, repayment options, and documentation requirements specific to used tractor financing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing loan deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Monitor loan accounts post-disbursement to identify early signs of delinquency and work proactively to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting agricultural financing to provide informed advice to customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance,



customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to enhance the bank’s visibility and reputation in the agricultural sector.
