Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of home loans and minimize defaults.
- Process recent home loan applications, conducting credit checks and appraisals as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to their home loans.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in secured lending, preferably in the housing finance industry.
- Strong understanding of home loan processes, including disbursement, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using LAP (Loan Administration Package) software.
