Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to manage the planning, coordination, governance, and execution of software releases across multiple technology platforms and teams. The role will ensure releases are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain release planning and deployment calendars.
- Coordinate releases and deployments across multiple technical teams.
- Facilitate release approvals and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
- Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
- Prepare release readiness reports and status updates for stakeholders.
- Coordinate rollback and contingency planning for releases.
- Ensure adherence to change and release management processes.
- Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required.




- Identify opportunities to improve release processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

- Experience in Release Management within an enterprise technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of Change Management and ITIL processes.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams.
- Experience working in multi-vendor or distributed delivery environments.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
