- Recruit new life insurance agents, advisors to expand the company's agency distribution network.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure current recruits complete required licensing and orientation.
- Activate dormant or inactive agents through regular engagement, joint field calls, and structured support.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to improve individual and team productivity Core Objective: Build, manage, and activate a strong network of insurance agents to achieve consistent sales growth and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
