Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Muzaffarpur.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and/or business banking customers, ensuring high levels of service, engagement, and satisfaction. Daily activities include understanding customer needs, offering appropriate banking products and services, handling inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining regular contact with clients. The role also involves achieving assigned business targets, cross-selling bank products,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with branch and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

The Relationship

Manager is expected to maintain accurate records, prepare reports on portfolio performance, and contribute to branch-level business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including cross-selling, portfolio growth, and target achievement in a banking or financial services environment.
- Sound understanding of retail and/or business banking products, basic credit concepts, and general financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as relevant to Muzaffarpur.
- Ability to work with data, prepare reports, and use banking systems and standard office tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, compliance orientation, and adherence to regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.
