Roles and Responsibility

- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the luxury retail industry.

- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
