Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and key cardiac decisionmakers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals, cardiac centers, clinics, institutions, and channel partners, ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
- Leverage an existing network of cardiology professionals and healthcare institutions to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Manage the complete client lifecycle, from onboarding, product demonstration, and evaluation through commercial closure, adoption, and ongoing account management.
- Identify and develop new hospitals, cardiac centers, institutions, distributors, and strategic accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, clinical discussions, and user training for doctors and hospital staff.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable OOM solutions,



working with clinical and technical teams to deliver them.
- Drive account growth through repeat usage, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Expand Kali MedTech's presence across assigned territories and contribute to nationwide expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets and contribute significantly toward the company's growth goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and pipelines and update CRM and reports regularly.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, CMEs, and other healthcare events.
- Collect client and market feedback and share actionable insights with the management, technical, and product teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong and active network of Cardiologists / Interventional Cardiologists is a key requirement.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles within medical devices, cardiac care, hospitals, diagnostics, or healthcare.
- Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving business targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare and medical-device market.
- Existing relationships with hospitals, cardiac centers, doctors, and healthcare institutions will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and develop new accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
