Job Summary The Relationship Executive – Gold Loan will be responsible for sourcing gold loan customers, handling branch-level operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent gold loan business through walk-in customers, referrals, and local market activities
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options to customers
- Assess gold ornaments for purity and weight as per company norms
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines
- Process gold loan applications and disbursements within defined TAT
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Handle renewals, part payments, foreclosures, and loan closures
- Follow up for interest collection and overdue accounts




- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention
- Coordinate with branch staff and report daily business MIS to the Branch Manager

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Graduate (12th pass with relevant experience may be considered)
- Experience: 0–3 years in Gold Loan / NBFC
- Skills:
- Knowledge of gold appraisal and loan processing
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
- Local market knowledge preferred
