Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for growth.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or travel industry as a Relationship Executive or similar role.

- Strong diagnostic skills to understand client needs and preferences.

- Excellent logistics coordination skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to provide exceptional client counseling services.
