Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales engineers to achieve regional targets for industrial automation products.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in technical sales or electrical sales, preferably in the industrial automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of cables, electrical products, and industrial product sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective leadership and relationship-building skills.
