Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
- Promote home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners .
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and design ecosystem.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and recommend customized automation solutions, including:
- Lighting
- Security
- Climate control
- Other smart automation solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's regional customer base.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
- Represent Smart Node at trade shows, site meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Travel within the assigned city/region for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.





Required Skills & Qualification s

- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience .
- Experience in architectural, interior, building materials, or technology-integrated products is preferred.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, or real estate professionals .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust business development and client-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in a client-facing role.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within the assigned city/region.
- Comfortable working independently with digital reporting and remote coordination.
