We are looking for a high-performing, self-driven, and result-oriented regional manager to lead and accelerate growth through the agency channel.

? What We’re Looking For

- Consistent Performance: A robust track record of delivering results in the current and/or previous organization.
- Individual Leadership & Credibility: Professionals who have built their own identity, relationships, and business franchise—beyond the strength of the company’s brand or ecosystem.
- Career Stability: Candidates with an average tenure of 2+ years in each of their last two assignments will be preferred.
- Agency Channel Expertise: Strong experience in agency recruitment, development, team leadership, and sustainable business growth.
- Proven Business Ownership: Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop distribution,



and deliver consistent business outcomes.
- Experience across emerging, mid-sized, or established life insurance organizations will be considered, with particular value placed on candidates who have demonstrated strong individual performance and market credibility.
