We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to manage and drive regional operations across Migration, Study Abroad and Work Permit services. The candidate will be responsible for team management, business development, operational performance and achieving regional targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee regional operations across Migration, Study Abroad and Work Permit services.

· Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of branch teams.

· Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

· Monitor sales, enquiries, conversions and overall branch performance.

· Oversee the smooth handling of migration, study abroad and work permit processes.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, students and business partners.

· Identify new business opportunities and support regional business growth.

· Coordinate with Counselling, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Processing teams.





· Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.

· Monitor team KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

· Conduct branch visits and provide guidance and support to team members.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and service standards.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

· Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Migration, Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Work Permit or related industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

· Strong business development and target-achievement skills.

· Ability to manage multiple branches/teams and work in a target-oriented environment.

· Knowledge of migration, study abroad and work permit services will be an advantage.
