Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales, OPEX & EBITDA targets across assigned stores/formats.
- Manage store operations, inventory, sales & OPEX budgets.
- Plan and execute sales promotions and business growth initiatives.
- Monitor store performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational excellence & brand standards.
- Lead Store Managers and drive team productivity, customer experience & overall performance.
