Position: Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Department: Human Resources – HR Business Partner

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: MBA Preferred / Bachelor's Degree

Job Locations:

- Mumbai – 2 Positions
- Hyderabad – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations and resolve employee grievances.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Handle performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate with Learning & Development teams for capability-building programs.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Partner with leadership for manpower planning and business growth.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and key HR metrics.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.

Preferred Industry Background: Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

- Data Center
- EPC
- Construction
- Infrastructure
- Real Estate
- Design Consultants
- Project Management Consultants (PMC)
- OEMs – Vertiv, Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens
- Manufacturing
- Retail

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant HR Business Partner / HRBP experience
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Operations and Stakeholder Management
- Experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced organizations
- Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane-based candidates only for Mumbai positions
- Currently working as a permanent on-roll employee




- Candidates on third-party payroll, contract, freelance or consultancy basis are not eligible
- No significant career gaps; maximum 3–6 months if properly justified
- EPC / Construction / Infrastructure / Data Center experience preferred
