CTC: ₹12–15 Lakhs + Incentives
Team Size: 50 Reportees (L1 & L2)
Eligibility & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MSME, Retail Lending, Banking, or NBFC sectors, with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, managing large regional sales teams.
- Mandatory work experience and strong qualified network across Tamil Nadu.
- Educational Qualification:
- MBA / Post-Graduate with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- Graduates with 10+ years of experience are also welcome.
- Strong expertise in:
- Team Leadership
- P&L; Ownership
- Risk Governance
- Regulatory Compliance
