HIRING: REGIONAL MANAGER – UNIVERSITY & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to drive university partnerships, B2B sales, and revenue growth!

Key Details :

- Role: Cluster Manager – University & Institutional Business
- Location: Delhi / NCR (Preferred) Cluster: Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana & Punjab
- Experience: 3 – 10 Years
- Travel: Extensive travel across the assigned cluster
- Compensation: As per industry norms

What You’ll Do:

Acquire recent universities and colleges across UP, Delhi, Haryana, & Punjab. Engage with senior decision-makers (VCs, Deans, Directors, TPOs) to close MoUs & institutional deals. Lead, mentor, and guide Inside Sales and Field Executives. Expand existing accounts and manage revenue pipelines.





What We Are Looking For:

- 3–10 years in B2B/Institutional Sales, EdTech, or University Partnerships.
- Strong university network across North India.
- Proven track record of high-value closures and team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
