Job Purpose

Drive sales through Channel Partners (brokers/real estate consultants) in the assigned territory by identifying, onboarding, activating and managing partners, generating qualified leads and supporting customer conversions for residential projects. The role focuses on expanding the projects customer catchment beyond the immediate project micro-market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop real estate brokers/channel partners across the assigned territory.
- Onboard new channel partners and complete agreements, documentation and registration.
- Build strong relationships with brokers to generate consistent project leads.
- Activate channel partners and drive regular lead generation from their teams.
- Communicate project details, pricing, payment plans, schemes and offers to channel partners.
- Conduct regular broker meetings, training sessions and engagement activities.
- Explain project USPs, configurations, amenities, location advantages and customer proposition to CP teams.
- Generate and track leads received through channel partners.
- Coordinate with the site sales team for walk-ins, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with channel partners on lead status and conversions.
- Identify high-performing brokers and increase their engagement and business contribution.
- Collect market feedback on customer preferences, pricing, competition and product requirements.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Finance and Site Sales teams for smooth sales execution.
- Ensure proper lead tagging, partner documentation and brokerage-related processes.
- Support customer onboarding and coordinate with CRM until handover to the customer management team.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Broker Management.
- Experience handling real estate channel partners, brokers or property consultants.




- Strong understanding of residential real estate sales and local market dynamics.
- Experience in premium/high-value residential projects would be relevant.
- Solid capability in channel partner acquisition, activation and relationship management.
- Proven ability to generate leads through broker/channel networks and drive site visits and closures.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
