Job Purpose

We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and result-oriented skilled to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-endrecruitment execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

- Utilize advanced mapping, headhunting tools, professional networks, job boards, and internal databases to identify and engage top talent.
- Deeply understand client businesses, market landscapes, and specialized industry niches to accurately assess candidate compatibility.
- Screen candidate profiles thoroughly and conduct preliminary interviews across various hierarchy levels.
- Manage recruitment campaigns,



send engaging outreach emails, and maintain consistent follow-ups with potential candidates.

2. Business Growth & Revenue Generation

- Manage and expand an organized database of candidates and client requirements.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by networking with key corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct continuous market research within niche sectors to spot hiring trends and market shifts.
- Successfully market and sell exclusive search assignments to both prospective clients and high-caliber candidates.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual KPI targets and revenue generation goals for your desk.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, agency sourcing,
- Skills: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and headhunting methodologies. Excellent negotiation, client-facing communication, and presentation skills.
- Attributes: A high degree of emotional intelligence, a mentoring mindset, and the intrinsic drive, zeal, and pursuit needed to build a dream career.
