– Talent Recruiter / Recruitment ExecutiveWe are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Talent Recruiter who can help us identify, source, and recruit skilled and semi-skilled candidates, particularly for blue-collar and technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit skilled workers through job portals, social media, local networks, references, and other channels.
- Focus particularly on technical roles such as CNC Router Operators, Printing Machine Operators, Signage Fabricators, Letter Sign Makers, Acrylic/SS Letter Makers, Installers, Welders, and Helpers.
- Screen candidates based on their skills and previous work experience.
- Coordinate interviews and practical skill tests with the concerned department.




- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Develop contacts and networks for finding skilled manpower locally as well as from outside J&K.;
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Candidate Requirements: Good communication and networking skills, experience in recruitment/manpower sourcing preferred, and the ability to independently find skilled technical workers. Experience recruiting for printing, signage, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or similar industries will be an advantage. Job Type: Part time
