About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding talented individuals for our growing Dubai real-estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview rounds.
- Coordinate interviews with management.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential sales candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and joining documentation.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring performance.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.




- Experience in sales recruitment or real estate recruitment will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates and conducting interviews.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp and social-media recruitment.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
