About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote, part-time role. You will work closely with the leadership team to support end-to-end recruitment across tech, sales, and marketing functions, helping build a strong talent pipeline as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer closure

- Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels

- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and engaging hiring experience





- Draft and publish job descriptions and recruitment posts
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards
- Track key recruitment metrics, including

time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline, and offer conversion

- Support employer branding, process improvements, and recruitment initiatives as the team grows

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- MBA and/or Engineering degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution

- Proven experience hiring across tech, sales, and marketing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong candidate relationship skills

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment

- Flexible to coordinate with candidates across time zones and outside regular hours when needed
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, and ATS platforms is a plus
