Role Description This full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role is based in Jammu & Kashmir, India.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves collaborating closely with client HR teams to understand role requirements, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular updates on recruiting progress. Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, leveraging various sourcing platforms, maintaining candidate records,



and supporting onboarding and initial training activities as needed.

The Recruitment

Specialist will also use HR data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit and role alignment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with candidates and client stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help integrate recent hires smoothly into client organizations.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate recruitment or agency recruiting is an advantage.
