- Solid end to end recruitment process experience
- Should have worked in high quality hirings for MNC clients
- Prefer to have experience in IT Recruitment for widely hired skills like Java, C , C#.Net, Data warehousing, PM's, Big Data, etc.
- Capable of working with minimum supervision
- Able to grasp quickly & deliver on numbers
- Positive communication & presentation skills
- Basic Computer Proficiency a must for this role
