We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry in APAC Markets to identify, engage, and place high-caliber talent across supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and operations functions. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and sourcing niche Supply Chain & Logistics professionals for leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Supply Chain & Logistics-related positions.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide market insights and talent mapping.
- Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system.
- Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in APAC markets, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing, or Operations sectors.
- Solid sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain & Logistics functions and talent landscape is an advantage.
