Role Description This is a 6 months contract role, extendable basis performance and business demand, based in Chennai.

The Recruitment

Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes for experienced roles. The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements, advising on recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The consultant will maintain talent pipelines, use recruitment tools and platforms effectively, and provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress. The position also includes market research on talent trends and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruiting, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, with the ability to advise stakeholders and clients on talent needs and hiring strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing, including structured assessment techniques and competency-based evaluation.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Relevant experience in corporate or agency recruitment, preferably in SAP and Digital hiring domains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree with additional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
